Phone system
20 years ago, I was working in a big pharmaceutical enterprise, I was always looking for new technology and I ask myself why the phone system is not controlled by a big software company? I started to look closer at how this phone system works, phone numbers are sold by different compagnies and when you buy one anyone with a phone can contact you. This technology is good, but not very flexible when it's time to upgrade it to video call.
VoIP, I have worked with VoIP, it's good technology you can build your software and make it available with VoIP, you have your own servers, and you are connected to the rest of the world. Still the same problem when it's time to upgrade to video call it doesn't work.
When I saw Skype with video call and VoIP, I said in my head Microsoft will take over. After years the application has not taken over the phone system I was wondering why? The problem I found is because they are trying to change the phone system with software, they don't give space to other companies to create custom software.
VoIP is good, but not flexible enough I had to find another idea. The other problem that I had is the phone numbers, that's why the idea is to recreate the system from scratch. To make sure everyone enjoys my platform I have decided to create a communication protocol, not a software only a protocol to contact objects. For the phone number the best solution is to restart from scratch. Don't worry, you will be able to reserve your phone number on our new platform.
In the new protocol I have installed a DNS to find objects, with our multiple ways to communicate and the DNS the protocol will find a way to communicate. As it's a protocol and not software, anyone can install the protocol in their software and become compatible by sending and receiving phone and video calls.
After building the protocol I saw something else, I have fixed the problem for connected object now the communication protocol will be used for phone calls, connected object and vocal assistant.
